Dr. Dolan has completed the required federal course of instruction, and passed the examinations given by the department of transportation, he appears on the National Registry of Medical Examiners, and is a Certified Medical Examiner.
A DOT physical exam is valid for up to 24 months. At times due to a drivers physical condition such as blood pressure, diabetes, or sleep apnea a certificate would be issued for less than 2 years.

Can I fill out the paperwork online?
Yes, we went digital with all of our DOT physicals last year. Please download the app “Pass My Physical” on your smartphone and fill out all of the required information prior to your appointment.
